Kettle Trophy Results and League Table Round 7.2

Well, they knew they had it won after one end and when they went 5-0 up after two ends, they must have thought that the game was won as well. 

John Stephen, Lois Copland, Margaret Nicol and Gina Aitken Win the Harlaw Cup

A great fightback from John, Lois, Margaret and substitute Andrew Cargill (subbing for Gina Aitken), including a stolen three in the last end secured the Harlaw Cup for John and his team.

Niall Gunn and Jenny Barr played out an eight-end game, with Niall securing his 4th place in the league with a 10-7 win.  Not a bad finish given the start that he and his team had.

This has been a really good competition.  Even though Susan had it won two weeks ago (barring a miracle result tonight) the race for the Harlaw Cup has always been tight with John's stolen three securing the cup with the last stone of the competition!
