The conclusion of the Lymphoy Cup 2026 is nearly upon us and what a competition it has been!
The final 4 teams to complete Round 6 took to the ice on the 13th of March, and with 2 teams in contention for winning the main prize, it was an exciting night.
Team Barr were on 6 points and in 4th spot before, but a win over Galloway means they jump to 8 points, matching Team Clark.
Team Steven had a decisive win over Team Wood taking them to the top with 9 points.
So...here is my take on how the competition could be won (similar to the methods in which Scotland could have won the Six Nations, if we'd only beaten Ireland!):
Steven wins his final game - He wins the Lymphoy.
Barr wins her final game (against Steven!), and Clark loses - She wins the Lymphoy.
Clark wins her final game, and Barr ties the game - It will come down to ends as she will be matched points with Steven. And as it stands, there are only 3 ends in it!
Its going to be an interesting final session, and one my team could probably sit out (we won't, we might come 4th, a shock after being on the bottom for a good number of weeks!)
