Edinburgh Henderson Bishop Qualifier Success for C & B

It's becoming something of a habit for Susan Kesley, Fran Stretton, Jenny Barr and Morna Aitken - qualifying for the Henderson Bishop finals.  This time though, our second club team crashed out of the competition earlier than normal (they normally make the final at least!), so it was left to Susan and co to uphold the club's pre-eminent position within ladies curling in Edinburgh.

Susan, Fran and Morna were fresh from their victory in the seniors competition in Dumfries and seemed to carry their excellent form from the weekend through to the Henderson Bishop qualifiers.  They beat the DAFS team skipped by Elizabeth Sharp in the final, but Elizabeth and her rink will also go to Hamilton to compete.

Many congratulations from the club and good luck in the finals which take place at the Lanarkshire Ice Rink, Hamilton from 26th February to 1 March.
