Normal Service Is Being Resumed...

Hello.

Hello.

Anybody there?  Could someone check this microphone - it doesn't seem to be working...

Hello?

Sorry for the lack of service these past few weeks.  We return to normal now though and on through to the end of the season.

Raymond has manfully put together the latest Kettle league table for your perusal and I take great delight in noting that the team of the moment, Team Barr J, has finally managed a win in my absence.  Here is a look at the scores on the doors to date.

Team 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8

Gunn       8 4 4 7 4 5       5 6 4       10 4 4

Barr B             5 5 3 4 10 3       7 4 5 13 5 6

All kinds of stoosh and strop as well apparently at the start of things - brilliant stuff.  Wish I'd been here.  Actually and to be very fair - that's not necessarily true!  The joys of Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia and Australia versus Murrayfield curling rink.  Ehhmm!

Anyhoo the noo, on the Sunday that the son-in-law of two of our members finally made his breakthrough and will represent Scotland at the European Championships in Champery - many congratulations to David Edwards and his team, I bring you the much more pressing and important news that John Steven heads up the Kettle table!

Nothing new there then!
